Our Leadership

Michael A. DeBartolome

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. DeBartolome received his B.A. in Business Management and Economics from Washington College, class of 2007, and his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, class of 2011. As CEO, Mr. DeBartolome is intimately involved in all areas of the company – from the mailroom to the boardroom. He is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the company’s operations, specializing in operational efficiencies. He has been with the company since 2007 and assumed his current role in July of 2018.

Gina DeBartolome

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. DeBartolome received her B.A. in Human Development from Washington College, class of 2012. As COO, she carries the responsibility of managing all company services. With her degree, she has a heavy background in human psychology and sociology. She implements this knowledge by making sure she is involved in every bit of Proscript’s daily procedures while taking pride in being able to help our members in any way possible. In her free time, she loves to travel and has been to 16 countries so far. She is also a die hard New York Yankees and New York Giants fan and travels to at least one Giants away game a season which has become a tradition since 2014.

Barry Marzigliano

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marzigliano is an accountant by trade, having worked as a corporate controller for companies of various sizes. As the CFO of Proscript, he is responsible for the oversight of all corporate banking and finances, as well as product acquisitions and client cost centers. He has been with Proscript since its inception in 2004.

Marybeth Norris

Supervising Pharmacist

Mrs. Norris received her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2013 when she graduated cum laude from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. As the supervising pharmacist she is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, such as ensuring that all prescriptions are filled correctly, guaranteeing that any medication sent to a patient is the most cost-effective option for them, and coordinating patient treatment plans with doctors’ offices. She is certified in Medication Therapy Management, which allows her to actively manage drug therapy by identifying, preventing, and resolving medication related problems. When she is not working full time at Proscript, she loves to go on vacations with her family.

Mary Ellen Harney

Director of Case Management

Mrs. Harney has spent her entire career immersed in claims administration, benefit plan development, cost containment, and medical case management. She is a member of the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association and has been a guest speaker for the NHCAA on many occasions. As the Director of Case Management, Mrs. Harney is responsible for all functions of her department, specifically cost containment strategies, including negotiation of specialty drugs and drug therapies and the activities of Proscript’s Special Investigative Unit, which identifies and pursues healthcare fraud.
